Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA: Successful placement of unsecured bonds
Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA has successfully completed the issuance of a NOK 700 million five-year senior unsecured bond issue with maturity in June 2018.
The settlement date for the bond issue is expected to be 13 June 2013. An application will be made for listing of the bonds on Oslo Stock Exchange.
The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
Nordea Markets and Swedbank First Securities acted as Joint Lead Arrangers for the bond issue.

Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA: Vellykket plassering av usikret obligasjonslån
Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA har utstedt NOK 700 millioner i et 5 års obligasjonslån i det norske obligasjonsmarkedet med forfall i juni 2018.
Obligasjonslånet har forventet innbetalingsdato den 13. juni 2013 og lånet vil bli søkt notert på Oslo Børs.
Netto proveny fra obligasjonslånet vil bli benyttet til finansiering av selskapets generelle virksomhet.
Nordea Markets og Swedbank First Securities har vært tilretteleggere for obligasjonslånet.
