The Annual General Meeting (the AGM) in Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA (WW) was held today Thursday 25 April 2013. The AGM adopted the board's proposal to distribute a dividend of NOK 4.00 per share. The shares will be traded ex dividend Friday 26 April 2013.
