Reference is made to the earlier stock exchange announcements made by Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA ("WWASA") in relation to the merger with Wallroll AB (the "Merger").
An information memorandum relating to the Merger has been prepared by WWASA and approved by The Oslo Stock Exchange on 19 January 2017.
