Nils Holger Koefoed, a close associate of the Chief Communications and Marketing
Officer and a primary insider Anette Maltun Koefoed, has bought 1,300 shares in
WAWI today, 5 May, as described in the attached notification.
Nils Holger Koefoed, as a close associate of a person discharging managerial
responsibilities (PDMR) under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014
(MAR), is subject to disclosure requirements under MAR article 19a.
