Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting
Oslo, 5 April 2022 - The annual general meeting in Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA will
be held on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 at 13:00 (CET), at the company's premises at
Strandveien 20, 1366 Lysaker, Norway.
The general meeting will be webcasted live and a link will be available on the
company's website in due time in advance of the general meeting.
Attached is the notice of the meeting in English, together with attendance form,
advance vote and proxy forms. The Annual Report for 2021, including the report
on salary and other remuneration to leading personnel and statement on corporate
governance, and other relevant documentation are available on the company's

The proposal from the Nomination Committee will be made available on
www.walleniuswilhelmsen.com prior to the annual general meeting. The Company
will publish a new stock exchange announcement when the proposal from the
Nomination Committee is available.
