Wallenius Wilhelmsen: Allocation of shares under the long-term incentive program
Today, Wallenius Wilhelmsen transferred 163,998 shares to executives under
Wallenius Wilhelmsen's long-term incentive program ("LTI"). The purpose of the
LTI program is to drive the growth and performance of Wallenius Wilhelmsen
leading to long-term value creation and thus increased shareholder value.
The value of the LTI program is directly linked to four elements:

2) Wallenius Wilhelmsen Market Capitalization development
3) Wallenius Wilhelmsen's strategic success
4) Wallenius Wilhelmsen's sustainability achievements
Wallenius Wilhelmsen holds 404,340 of its own shares after the transfer.

- Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Torbjørn Wist received 51,605 shares today, as
described in the attached notification. Following the award, Wist holds 126,366
shares in the company.
- EVP & COO Logistics Services Michael Hynekamp received 37,615 shares today, as
described in the attached notification. Following the award, Hynekamp holds
137,147 shares in the company.
- EVP & COO Shipping Services Xavier Leroi received 15,881 shares today, as
