Ex dividend NOK 1.00 today
Wilh. Wilhemsen ASA's Board of Directors has, based on an authorisation granted by the annual general meeting on 24 April 2014, resolved to pay a second dividend of NOK 1.00 per share. Reference is made to the announcement of 11 November. The share will be traded ex dividend from today, 14 November 2014. Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA expects to pay the dividend on or about 27 November 2014.
