How do I find a vessel ETA?

You can find a vessel's arrival or departure date by accessing our Schedules tool.

You may search by port, voyage number or route.

Occasionally, I notice port connections in the schedule that are not provided by the customer service teams. Could you clarify why this happens?

Although we call at certain ports for specific cargo types, we cannot accommodate all requests. This is due to various factors, such as terminal restrictions.
