Xavier Leroi
Chief Operating Officer Shipping Services
Xavier Leroi started as EVP & COO Shipping Services in Wallenius Wilhelmsen on November 1, 2022. He is an international executive and managing director with more than 25 years of multicultural leadership experience across several continents.
He came from the position as Chief Customer Officer where he headed the global group sales teams, customer experience and strategies for the group entire portfolio of brands, products and services.
During his career, Leroi has lived and worked in France, Belgium, Norway, South Africa, China, Sweden and is currently residing in South Korea. In all his roles, he has and overseen lead successful business transformation initiatives in the shipping and automotive logistics industry. Leroi holds a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Management in Grenoble, France where he majored in Finance. In addition, he has completed various leadership programs, including the IMD Global Leadership Program.
