Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA: Successful placement of unsecured bonds
Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA has successfully completed the issuance of a NOK 800 million five-year senior unsecured bond issue with maturity in April 2019.
The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes including refinancing of existing bonds.
In connection with the placement of the bond issue, Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA has bought back bonds with nominal value of NOK 101 million in the existing bond issue WWI15 (ISIN: NO 001030134.4) with maturity in March 2016 and NOK 25 million in the existing bond issue WWI21 (ISIN: NO 001054960.3) with maturity in November 2016.
The settlement date for the bond issue is expected to be 9 April 2014. An application will be made for listing of the bonds on Oslo Stock Exchange.
SEB and Swedbank acted as Joint Lead Arrangers for the bond issue.
