Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA: Christian Berg elected new board member
Christian Berg was elected new board member at Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA's annual general assembly today, 3 May 2016. Mr Berg was elected for a period of two years. He replaces Nils Petter Dyvik, who has served on the board since 2010.
Mr Berg is group CFO in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA, and represents the majority shareholder in the company. He holds no options or shares in the company.
