Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA's US subsidiary ARC unsuccessful in updated bid for contract for transportation of household goods with US Transportation Command

Oslo, 4 November 2021 - American Roll-On Roll-Off Carrier Group Inc. (ARC) today announced the company was not selected by the United States Transportation Command (TRANSCOM) to provide global relocation services for the Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Coast Guard, under the Global Household Goods Contract (GHC). ARC was originally awarded the GHC in April 2020. That award was protested by unsuccessful bidders, following which the Government conducted a re-evaluation. ARC submitted its updated response in December 2020, but was not awarded the contract. ARC has requested a debrief from the United States Transportation Command (TRANSCOM) and will reassess its options to protest the decision. Any further announcements will be made as and when needed.
