Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA - Successful placement of new sustainability-linked senior unsecured bonds
Oslo, 6 April 2022 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice sent 4 April
2022. Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA has today successfully completed the issuance of
new NOK 1,250 million sustainability-linked senior unsecured bonds with a coupon
of 3m NIBOR plus 4.25% p.a. and maturity date on 21 April 2027. Net proceeds
will be used to refinance existing debt and other general corporate purposes.
The transaction attracted broad interest across the Nordics and Europe and was
extensively oversubscribed.
Danske Bank, DNB Markets, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank acted as Joint Lead Managers
and SEB acted as Sustainability Structuring Advisor.
