Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA - Partial repurchase of WalWil02, WWI19 and WalWil01
Oslo, 26 August 2020 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 26 August 2020 where Wallenius Wilhelmsen announced the completion of a new unsecured bond issue of NOK 2,000 million with maturity in September 2024. In conjunction with the bond issue, the company has repurchased approximately NOK 276.5 million of the outstanding bond WalWil02(ISIN NO0010831654), NOK 41 million of the outstanding bond WWI19 (ISIN NO0010351281) and NOK 286 million of the outstanding bond WalWil01 (ISIN NO0010807373).
