Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA - Fixed income investor calls and contemplated sustainability-linked bond issue
Oslo, 4 April 2022 - Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA (the "Company") has mandated
Danske Bank, DNB Markets, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank as Joint Lead Managers and
SEB as Sustainability Structuring Advisor to arrange a series of fixed income
investor calls commencing today. A sustainability-linked 5-year NOK-denominated
senior unsecured floating rate transaction may follow, subject to inter alia
market conditions.
The Company may consider buyback of WALWIL01 (ISIN NO0010807373) due 12 October
2022 and the USD 6% bonds (ISIN NO0010790645) due 31 December 2022 in
conjunction with the new bond issue.
Net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used for partial
refinancing of debt and general corporate purposes.
