Wallenius Wilhelmsen appoints Per-Hermod Rasmussen as interim CFO
Oslo, 3 April 2020 - Rebekka Herlofsen, CFO at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, will as previously announced be succeeded by Torbjørn Wist as new Chief Financial Officer, starting October 1, 2020. In the period between Herlofsen leaving and Wist joining the company, Per-Hermod Rasmussen will step in as interim CFO.
Rasmussen will start working alongside Herlofsen as of April 6 and take up the interim CFO position as of May 11. Rasmussen is since 2012 CFO at Wilhelmsen Ships Service and will be on secondment to Wallenius Wilhelmsen for this assignment. His working career includes working as CFO at Eitzen Chemical ASA and SVP Finance at Ocean Rig ASA. He also has extensive experience in the financial sector with positions at ABG Sundal Collier, DNB Markets and DNB Shipping & Offshore.
