Proxies Extraordinary General Meeting

The proxies, that are without voting instructions, apply exclusively to the extraordinary general meeting in the Company, to be held Wednesday 27 November 2013.
This entails that Thomas Wilhelmsen has proxies holding voting rights of 73,46 % of the votes in the Company. In addition, Thomas Wilhelmsen owns through his related party company Kiro Invest AS shares in the Company, representing 0,02 % of the votes in the company.
