allocated Wallenius Wilhelmsen shares under the LTI plan.
1) EVP & COO Shipping Services Erik Nøklebye, a PDMR under the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR), who is subject to disclosure requirements
pursuant to MAR article 19a. Erik Nøklebye received 16,373 shares today, as
described in the attached notification.
2) EVP & COO Logistics Services Michael Hynekamp, a PDMR under the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR), who is subject to disclosure requirements
pursuant to MAR article 19a. Michael Hynekamp received 20,315 shares today, as

3) Chief Digital Officer and acting Chief Human Resources Officer Simon Patrick
