Notification of trade repurchase of shares for incentive program
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 13 November 2018 announcing repurchase of shares for top management and employee incentive programs.
As part of this program, Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA purchased 86.231 own shares on 16 November 2018. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 31,1515 per share. After this transaction Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA holds 283.087 own shares
