Key information relating to proposed cash dividend
As earlier reported, the Board of Directors of Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA has
decided in the 8 February 2022 board meeting to propose the following dividend
payment to be resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2022.
The dividend will be declared in USD and paid in NOK in two tranches. USD NOK
conversion will take place shortly before each payment.
Tranche 1:
Dividend amount: USD 9 cents per share
Declared currency: USD
Date of approval: 26 April 2022
Last day including right: 26 April 2022
Ex-date: 27 April 2022
Record date: 28 April 2022
Payment date: 10 May 2022
Tranche 2:
Dividend amount: USD 6 cents per share
Declared currency: USD
Date of approval: 26 April 2022
Last day including right: 8 November 2022
Ex-date: 9 November 2022
Record date: 10 November 2022
