Demerger information memorandum
Reference is made to the earlier stock exchange announcements made by Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA ("WWASA" or the "Company") in relation to the demerger of WWASA with transfer of the shares in Den Norske Amerikalinje AS to Treasure ASA (the "Demerger").
An information memorandum relating to the Demerger has been prepared by the Company and approved by Oslo Stock Exchange on 27 April 2016.
The information memorandum is enclosed hereto and will also be made publicly available at the Company's website, www.wilhelmsenasa.com, and at the Company's business address, Strandveien 20, 1366 Lysaker.
