On the ocean
Under the uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we are doing our utmost to meet customers’ needs related to space, loading schedule and transit time. However, in some cases, there may be potential disruptions to our service offering and we kindly ask for your understanding under the current circumstances.
Bills of lading: We encourage customers to take advantage of Express Release Bills of Lading in lieu of Original Bills of Lading (OBL), as the electronic process will help expedite the release of your cargo at destination. While we continue to support OBL’s, printing and sending original documentation maybe delayed.
In ports and terminals
Port and Cargo operations: All our major ports in Asia are operating normally and cargo operation for import and export cargoes are proceeding without any disruption and according to proper safety measures.
Terminals: Our owned terminals in China and South Korea are working closely with local port authorities, suppliers and ocean carriers to ensure smooth and efficient handling of cargo.
Health Care: Our terminals have incorporated WHO and other similar guidelines in line with the countries in which they operate. While these may vary, staff continues to share and adopt best practices on how to keep people safe and facilities clean.
At our processing centres
Southeast Asia: All our vehicle processing facilities in Thailand and Singapore are open and service levels are adjusted to current activity level. We are taking all possible measures to provide a safe and compliant environment for employees and visitors.
India: We continue to process vehicles at all sites with adjusted service levels to reflect current activity levels. We are taking all possible measures to provide a safe and compliant environment for employees and visitors.
Operations: All our equipment processing facilities in India and Southeast Asia are open and service levels are adjusted to manage required volumes and orders. We are taking all possible measures to provide a safe and compliant environment for employees and visitors.

All our inland transport services are operational and we are taking bookings and orders as normal, including cross-border transportation from Thailand.
